Gide x Regimbeau – Patent Litigation team receives two awards at Managing IP’s EMEA Awards 2024 ceremony

We are honored to announce that the Gide x Regimbeau - Patent Litigation team received two awards at Managing IP's EMEA Awards ceremony in London: the first for its work in the Meril Italy vs. Edwards Life Sciences case before the UPC, and the second as Europe Cross-Border Patent Litigation Team of the Year for its work in the Bristol-Myers Squibb (Apixaban) vs. generics case.

Emmanuel Larere, Raphaëlle Dequiré-Portier, Marie-Ange Pozzo di Borgo (Gide), Anne Boutaric and Marie Audren (Regimbeau) attended the ceremony in London on April 11 to receive the awards.

The Managing IP Awards celebrate notable achievements and advances in the field of intellectual property over the past year. The research program conducted to select the winners covers several areas of intellectual property and includes more than 50 jurisdictions.
