The Gide x Regimbeau – Patent Litigation team took part in one of the very first hearings on the merits before the UPC Court of Appeal, held in Luxembourg on 4–5 September. On this occasion, the team represented Meril Italy in revocation proceedings against a first European patent held by Edwards Lifesciences.
One week later, the team appeared again before the UPC Central Division in Paris, this time acting for several companies of the Meril group in litigation relating to the validity and alleged infringement of a second European patent, also held by Edwards Lifesciences.
